At last! Summer 2024 I'm hitting the gym and getting clients to love it with me.
Discocise has taken a while to establish but now I'm ready to share all of my knowledge and guide you on your journey to health and wellness through personal training.

I am a qualified and insured personal trainer working from Olympic Sports Gym, Oxford Street E, Ashton-Under-Lyne OL7 0RE

My philosophy is to do the least amount of work for maximum effect on health and body composition. Exercise is a stress on the body and overtraining is all too common so my advice will be realistic and appreciate that your goals need to be addressed alongside life, not instead of it. We will discuss your lifestyle and your aims so that I can make suggestions of how you can gradually achieve them.

If we do work together you will be accountable. Missed sessions do not go unnoticed. I will need you to commit to your sessions in the same way as I will. I also want to encourage you to create small new healthier habits at various stages. Gradual and considered changes will be all that is required, and in time you'll automatically (and happily) be making healthier decisions. Afterall if you don't do the work, you won't get the results. I will be your guide, mentor and teacher but you tread the path. Session intensity will build gradually - along with your new found strength and stamina. The pace of improvement will be aligned with where you are comfortable... but you'll get heaps of encouragement to be your best along the way!

Looking to lose weight?
Worried you'll never find a way to lose weight that works? Even considering surgery or weight loss medication? Maybe working with me is your answer? Especially if you want to make the journey enjoyable and not a grind I will help you to celebrate every small step that you take to becoming a healthier, happier you. Every workout is a win and I'll be counting those 'mini wins' right alongside you. With a little help you'll get there and along the journey will have learned the new tools and habits to help you maintain your new found health and weight.

Before & after photos?
You won't see half-dressed weight loss images here and no bikini pictures from me. We all know what weightloss looks like and I am not a perfect body shape. It's my knowledge and experience that you need, not to see huge biceps. I am all for maintaining privacy and don't need you to share photos of you in your smalls!
